Job Duties: Managing financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations; recording all income (tithes, offerings and donations), managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements; Preparing regular financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for church leadership and committees; assisting in the development and monitoring of the church's annual budget, Managing payroll processing for church staff, including calculating taxes and deductions, and potentially handling employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans; Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting with the annual financial audit process; implementing and maintaining internal financial controls to safeguard church assets; include managing designated funds, preparing donation receipts, and providing financial guidance to church leaders.
Job Requirements: Req. bachelor’s or foreign equiv. in accounting, management or related, and 2 years related experience.
